Centre?

Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm – Monday to Friday. Morning, afternoon or full day sessions are availble. We require bookings of 2 sessions across the week as a minimum. 

Fees: Parents pay $6.40 per hour.  Many families can receive a WINZ Childcare subsidy up to $6.38 per hour. Contact the centre or go direct to WINZ to find out more. For children aged 3-6 there is the Ministry of Education support (20 hours ECE) available.  Our friendly team can help you access this.

Location:  Our Preschool is located in Sockburn, Christchurch. We are really close to Wigram, Avonhead, Upper Riccarton, Ilam, Hei Hei and Hornby.

Who are we: We are a registered charitable trust and a not- for-profit Early Learning Centre. The centre is managed by a community based Governance Board made up of parents and other community minded members in Christchurch. We aim to keep fees as accessible and affordable as possible and actively support families to be engaged in early childhood education. We maintain our commitment to fully qualified early childhood teachers that maintain a high-quality learning environment with a high standard of care and education.

Closure Dates: The centre is closed for all public holidays and for approximately 3 weeks over the December – January holiday period.
